The Pilates hour provides an all over body workout that focuses on strengthening the stabilizing muscles surrounding the joints. The resistance is created with spring tension, simulating how your muscles contract both concentrically and eccentrically, providing a low impact, energizing training session. Expect improved strength, endurance, muscle tone, flexibility & balance. The workouts are designed to meet the skill level and postural needs of each individual to provide a FUN, SAFE & EFFECTIVE workout.
