Jann creates a wonderful atmosphere of learning and high quality exercise. Her reformer classes are thoughtfully choreographed to accommodate all body types and skill levels. Jann has an excellent ability to constructively help each individual adjust his/her form to get the most out of each exercise in a group workout. Equally, her Barre classes are well choreographed, entertaining and a GREAT workout.
The casual atmosphere in these classes, along with Jann’s welcoming and encouraging personality, make this studio a very comfortable and friendly place to get an excellent workout and, for me, helped to instill a new level of dedication to regular exercise.

I have been working with Jann for over a year now, and I still look forward to every class. I had never taken a Reformer class prior to working with Jann, but now can’t make it through the week without at least one. Jann made it fun and easy to learn while still getting a great workout each time. She also started offering Barre classes, a great compliment to the Reformer. My ideal morning is an hour of Barre followed by an hour of Reformer with Jann, she does a great job keeping both tough but fun.

About a dozen years ago, I was having hip pain and could not run, even three miles. I discovered Pilates with Jann and within three months I was back running, pain-free. This past year, when I wanted to increase my mileage to run a half-marathon, I went to Jann’s studio and she helped me strengthen my core and improve my range of motion. Jann’s Pilates Reformer and Barre classes make you feel great. Each session is different so you never get bored with a routine. Every part of your body gets a workout. She challenges her students while providing particular attention to each student’s form, making modifications for skill levels and/or injuries.
